By accessing or using Mappt ("the Service"), operated at mappt.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Mappt is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create interactive maps from various data sources, including URLs, uploaded files, and natural language descriptions. The Service includes map creation, project management, shared views, and related features.

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Mappt offers different subscription plans with varying limits on projects, layers, AI credits, and shared views. AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as map generation.

• AI credits reset monthly according to your subscription plan
• Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next month
• We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice
• Exceeding your plan limits may result in restricted access to certain features until the next billing cycle

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the AI features to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or violates applicable laws

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you upload and the maps you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Service

The Mappt platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Mappt and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

When you create a shared view of a map, the content of that map becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for ensuring that shared maps do not contain sensitive, confidential, or unauthorized information. We are not responsible for how third parties use content you choose to share.

For paid subscription plans:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated maps will be completely accurate or free of errors
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mappt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
