1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Mappt. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our paid subscription plans.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any charges. No refund applies.

3. Paid Subscription Refunds

If you are on a paid subscription plan (e.g., Pro), the following refund terms apply:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly AI credits
  • After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle

4. AI Credits

AI credits are included as part of your subscription plan and are not sold separately. Unused AI credits do not roll over and are not refundable. If you experience a technical issue that causes incorrect credit consumption, contact us and we will review and restore credits on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
  • Projects and data exceeding Free plan limits will become read-only but will not be deleted

6. Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refund is provided for the remaining days on the higher-tier plan.

7. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds outside of the above terms in cases such as:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the platform
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@mappt.ai with your account email and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Existing subscribers will be governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of their purchase.
